I’m an avid cyclist and enjoy mt biking and road riding. I was on an elite cycling team in my 30′s. Due to injuries I was not able to ride as much as I usually would last summer. I also got a new road bike: A Rans crank forward to aleviate neck and elbow pain and sit bone pain due to a bone spur. I am really looking forward to doing this ride and getting back inot bike fitness. It will be a lot of fun. I look forward to your training advice. I’ve done Ride the Rockies and RAGBRAI but it’s been a few years. Thanks for your time.
